Refund and Cancellations Policy

Nemrut Ventures LLP, the business entity behind the brand Naturing Pack, specifies the following policies for refunds, returns and cancellations of orders if and when they happen. The business entity reserves the right to change these policies as and when required according to market dynamics, consumer feedback and business priorities. The concerns of the customer always stay paramount whenever a policy is implemented. 


Full Refund : Customers can get a full refund for their orders in the following scenarios. 

1. The customer cancels the order when the order is placed and not yet dispatched. 

2. The seller or the customer cancels the order when the order misplaced during the dispatch journey. 

3. Order items found defective at delivery. In this case, the customer can report the defects within 3 days of product delivery to get a full refund. 

4. Order not delivered even after double the committed delivery time. In this case, the customer not being available at the delivery address will not be counted a case for refund. The refund will be issued only if there is a mistake from the seller's end. 


Partial Refund : Customers can get a partial refund for their orders in the following scenarios. 

1. The customer cancels the order when the order is placed and dispatched - 70% amount will be refunded. 

2. The customer cancels the order when the order is out for delivery - 50% amount will be refunded. 

3. The customer reports the products as defective between 3  - 15 days of product delivery - 70% amount will be refunded. This is done to protect the seller from misuse of this policy*  by the customer. 


No Refund : Customers won't get a refund for their orders in the following scenarios. 

1. The customer reports the products as defective after 15 days of product delivery.
